Exercise to keep fit
Exercise is good to keep our body fit, health, and wellbeing. Exercise is not only make us fit but there is a lot of benefit that we could get from exercise that we take, such as sliming, if we keep take exercise at least 30 minutes a day it would be help us to keep our body slim. Moreover exercise also could helps us to keep our body away from any disease such as, heart diseases, diabetes, and hypertension and so if we want ourselves is strong and healthy, lets us take action today to take exercise for example dancing and jogging. Besides, exercise could help us to even more close to our family and the bonding of our family is became more strong, such as, when we went out to take exercise with our family for jogging we could chat each other’s to share our problem and others than that through exercise we also could bring our family live even more healthy. Conclusion is exercise is kept our body fit, health and wellbeing.
